Lindsay learning Tango on Fridays

Lohan is learning to dance the Tango – ankle bracelet and all – for a new movie role, PEOPLE has learned.
An official announcement is expected this week for Lohan to costar in the new romance Dare to Love Me, sources close to the film confirm. It’s the story of Tango legend Carlos Gardel, who was involved in a steamy romance with a prostitute, only to have his world shattered by a bullet that kills her and leaves him crippled with a fragment in his lung for life.
The movie is set in Buenos Aires in the 1920s and centers on Gardel and the mysterious woman.
No word on Lohan’s exact role in the film, but sources say she began taking tango lessons Friday for an hour a day – all while wearing the alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet she’s had on her leg since emerging from rehab on July 13.
The 21-year-old star – who faces charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run following a May car crash – had been scheduled to costar in the dark comedy Poor Things with Shirley MacLaine, but that movie has been shelved.
Dare to Love Me, which will be shot in Romania, is scheduled to be released next year with production expected to start in the fall.

Lindsay Lohan, quien el lunes pasado salió de la clínica de rehabilitación donde se encontraba, está aprendiendo a bailar tango para interpretar un papel en una nueva película.
Aun con el brazalete que debe llevar en el tobillo para continuar con su tratamiento contra las adicciones, Lohan se prepara para participar en la cinta Dare to love me, según informa la revista People en su página web.
Aunque aún no se hace el anuncio oficial, se espera que esta semana se informe de la actuación de Lohan en la película que narrará la historia de Carlos Gardel, la leyenda del tango, quien estuvo envuelto en un romance con una prostituta que sólo culminó cuando ella murió a causa de un balazo.
La cinta está ambientada en la ciudad de Buenos de los años 20 y se centra en las figuras de Gardel y la mujer cuya muerte le causó dolor durante mucho tiempo.
No se sabe cuál será exactamente el papel que tendrá Lindsay, pero si se supo que desde el viernes comenzó con las clases de tango durante una hora diaria, al mismo tiempo que se encuentra en rehabilitación de su adicción al alcohol mediante un brazalete que debe usar en su pierna.
